For owners, not engineers

Ship your
weekend
project.

You're running a real business, not a software startup. You know your team needs dozens of AI agents you'll never have time to build yourself. That's where we come in.

You spent the weekend building in Claude Code or Lovable. It's 80% done and stuck on your bench. Send us the work order. Our crew finishes the job, tests it, and keeps it running.

Sound familiar?

You're the only
person at your
company who sees
what is possible.

You run a roofing company. Or a CPA firm. Or a landscaping crew. You already run a real business. Trucks, timesheets, walkthroughs, punch lists. You know how to ship work.

You've bookmarked a hundred tutorials. You stay up building Lovable prototypes at 11pm after the kids are in bed. You've hit --dangerously-skip-permissions and meant it. You're miles ahead of your competitors — they don't even know what Claude Code is.

But there are three half-built projects sitting on your bench. The login page won't work. The database keeps breaking. You'd never show any of this to your crew. The last 20% is where the real work hides, and no smarter AI is going to fix it for you.

So here's the problem
You've got the blueprints. You don't have the crew. And a $20,000 dev shop is overkill for a tool your ops team needs as soon as possible.
The factory

Not a dev shop.
A factory.

Book an architecture session. We map out the project together. Your job moves through five stations on our line. You decide how fast it goes.

STATION 01
Drop the work order
Bring whatever you've got to the architecture session. A half-built Lovable project, a screen recording, or just a rough idea. Like handing a spec sheet to the front office.
STATION 02
Foreman draws the blueprint
After the architecture session, our AI Architect turns it into a real spec. Any follow-up questions come by email.
STATION 03
Builder takes the bench
A builder we trust picks up the blueprint and starts the job. Clock runs at $50 an hour on the line.
STATION 04
You walk the site
Open the live link when you have a minute. Record a walkthrough with your punch list. We keep fixing until you sign off.
STATION 05
We hand you the keys
Your project stays on our factory floor forever. We handle backups, errors, and the boring server stuff. You get a link to share with your crew.

"Every owner who comes to us sees what's possible at their company. Nobody else there does. They don't need another AI tutorial. They need someone to finish the build and keep it running Monday morning."

What rolls off the floor

The finished job,
not the homework.

Benefit 01

Your team can actually
use the thing.

Your agent runs on our factory floor, 24/7. Your crew logs in Monday morning and it just works. No "the server is down" emails from the ops shift. That's our problem now, not yours.

Now on the line

Real agents.
Real businesses.

A few jobs rolling off the floor right now. Names changed. Numbers real. The kind of small, ugly problems no software company would touch and no $20,000 dev shop could ship in a month.

Job 01 · Pricing
01

A packaging shop tracking fifty-plus vendors and thousands of SKUs.

Custom packaging · Midwest
The pain

Vendor price changes lived in inboxes, PDFs, and spreadsheets. Costs went up. Quotes didn't. Margins bled out for months before anyone caught it.

The agent

Watches the pricing inbox. Reads every supplier email: plain text, HTML tables, PDF attachments. Logs every SKU change. Flags spikes and surfaces margin risk before it eats the quarter.

Job 02 · Marketing
02

A permanent-lighting installer in the desert southwest.

Exterior lighting · Subscription
The pain

Homeowners couldn't picture what permanent lights would look like on their own roofline. Sales calls stalled. Direct-mail postcards used stock photos that looked nothing like the actual house.

The agent

Takes a photo of any house. Renders it with the lights installed five ways: security, warm white, holiday, red-white-blue, multicolor. Batches a thousand addresses overnight. Exports straight to the postcard mailer.

Job 03 · Retention
03

A bookkeeper losing clients because three PDFs don't build a relationship.

Bookkeeping · Churn problem
The pain

Bookkeeping is a relationship business. Owners want to be told their numbers, not handed a PDF. But walking every client through their books each month is a part-time job nobody pays for. So most bookkeepers send the three statements and hope nothing breaks. Most things break.

The agent

We cloned his voice. The agent picks up each client's books and records a personal walkthrough that sounds exactly like him. Variances flagged. Numbers highlighted. He stops living on Zoom.

Job 04 · Sourcing
04

A custom home builder on a Caribbean island where every nail gets imported.

Custom home building · Cayman
The pain

Every job is a one-off custom home. Every home needs hundreds of materials sourced from off-island suppliers. Pricing, lead times, alternatives. All scattered across catalogs and emails. The research alone used to swallow the start of every project.

The agent

Takes the materials list for a new home. Searches across the supplier catalog. Pulls live prices and lead times. Hands the team a ranked package they can quote from on day one, not week three.

Built for you

Owners who already
run a real business.

  • 01
You run a business with trucks, tools, or timesheets
Roofing, CPA firms, landscaping, HVAC, boilers, sprinklers. You already know how to run a real business. You just need someone to build the AI agents for it.
  • 02
You speak punch list, walkthrough, and sign-off
You've already tried to build something in Lovable or Claude Code. You got 70% of the way there. You just don't have time to finish the job between tax season, a job site, and your kid's soccer game.
  • 03
You want one thing that works, not a Swiss Army knife
We build one job at a time. You bring the business sense. We bring the blueprint, the builders, and the floor.
Not for you

Everybody else.
No hard feelings.

  • 01
    If you've taken venture funding
Or you work out of a WeWork. We probably aren't for you. We build for owners running real businesses with trucks, tools, and timesheets. Not founders pitching at demo day.
  • 02
Big companies with procurement teams and legal reviews
We don't do RFPs or compliance paperwork. Call a big consulting firm. You'll be happier.
  • 03
People looking for a $49 toy
Lovable and Replit are great starting points. Come back when you hit the wall on the last 20%.
Pricing

Usage based.
Pay as you go.

No seats. No lock-in. No retainers. Cancel any time. The factory bills you what the tools cost us, plus 20%. Nothing more.

AI models
per million output tokens
Rates reflect the capability tier the work requires. Our engineering — the routing, the prompt design, the caching — is what keeps the tiers affordable.
  • $10
Routine agent work. Structured output, templated writing, tool-calling, most day-to-day tasks. When the job needs a competent, fast worker.
  • $60
Frontier work. Complex reasoning, nuanced judgment, long-context synthesis. When the job needs the senior brain.
Input tokens run roughly 20% of output rates. Image, audio, and deep-reasoning output billed separately by tier.
Hosting & app infrastructure
$1 / day per agent or cost + 20%
Flat $1 / day per agent covers fair use for ~95% of workloads. If your agent is compute-heavy and the underlying hosting cost runs higher than $1/day, you pay cost + 20% instead. Whichever is higher. The $1/day floor applies as long as the agent is deployed. Decommission it and the meter stops.
  • CPU time (per-second compute)
  • Database storage (GB / month)
  • Object storage (GB / month)
  • Workflow runs & scheduled jobs
  • Integration proxies (per call)
Data APIs & tools
cost + 20%
Web search, scraping, enrichment, geocoding, financial data, SMS, voice. Cost is benchmarked against the base plan of the best-in-class tool for the job — Clay, Apify, Firecrawl, ZenRows — plus 20%. You pay roughly what you'd pay signing up direct, without doing the vendor selection, integration, or routing work yourself.
Setting up these tools yourself often runs $10K+ for a GTM consultant before you make a single API call.
What's under the hood
sub-processors
We pay different vendors for different parts of your agent. Models, scraping, hosting, billing. These are the main ones we use. We switch when a job needs something different or when we find a way to run it cheaper.
  • OpenAI (models)
  • Anthropic (models)
  • DeepSeek (models)
  • Clay (enrichment)
  • Apify (scraping)
  • Firecrawl (web)
  • ZenRows (browser)
  • Railway (hosting)
  • Stripe (billing)

How you pay
Prepaid credits.
No surprise invoices.

Top up your account with credits before your agent runs. $50 to start, more for compute-heavy agents. Auto-refill kicks in when your balance gets low, and you set the cap. We never run a charge you didn't authorize, and you can pause or cancel any time.
